It's crazy to think how much life has changed in the last 8 years! The one thing that hasn't changed is the importance of youth mental health. I have always been candid and open with my own struggles growing up and the last two years have only further stressed the importance of raising money to support programs like the one at Sunnybrook.
The Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook is an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction to the help they desperately need.
The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you. Your donation through my fundraising page helps ensure that young people and their families find the mental health care services they need.
I believe we all benefit when we help young people. When you make a donation through RBC Race for the Kids, you’re supporting a life-changing program that allows youth in our community to get help for mental illness so they can reach their potential.
Thank you so much for your support of the Family Navigation Project and RBC Race for the Kids.
