While some of us have enjoyed participating in this event virtually the last 2 years – we can't wait to be able to be back on Yonge street in the ‘sea of blue’ with our RBC family. 

Last year, seven of us participated in the second ‘virtual global’ RBC Race for the Kids…together we walked & ran (solo & with our families) more than 40 kms and raised $925.00.   There are six of us back at it again this year and we hope to raise at least $1,000.00 this year [which will help so many youths!].

Did you know as many as 1.2 Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness?  It's shocking to learn that 4 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need. 

We felt compelled to do something so we are participating in RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health.

We are raising money for the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook at Sunnybrook, an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction to the help they desperately need.
