Thank you for stopping by and supporting youth mental health!
With as many as 1.2 Canadian youth struggling with mental illness and only 1 in 5 of these youth accessing the care that they need, the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook needs your support now more than ever.
The Family Navigation Project (FNP) helps youth ages 13-26 across the GTA who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use, in addition to their families, access vital support services.
As a philanthropically funded program, FNP relies on the kindness of the community. By sponsoring me and donating to the 2022 RBC Race for the Kids, you are helping youth and families access FNP services, so that they can be connected to the most suitable supports, as swiftly as possible. This will help youth towards reaching their full potential.
Other ways to join me in supporting youth mental health and the 2022 RBC Race for the Kids include;
>Talking about mental health -it can be as simple as asking a friend how they are doing
> Spreading the word about the Family Navigation Project
> Registering for the 2022 RBC Race for the Kids
> Joining me on September 17th by getting active and getting outside!
Thank you for your continued support!
