Team Sunnybrook, lace up your shoes and join thousands of participants taking part in the 2022 RBC Race for the Kids on September 17 in support of youth mental health.

This year’s 10th anniversary race will return in a hybrid format with an in-person 5km race starting at Mel Lastman Square or virtually from anywhere you are. 

Mental health is an important issue that deserves our attention - we all know someone who has a youth struggling with mental health and addiction challenges. Together, we can help. Funds from the RBC Race for the Kids support Sunnybrook’s Family Navigation Project (FNP), a program that connects youth and their families to mental health and addiction services in the community. The program has connections with more than 1,100 treatment providers, centers, and programs in Ontario and beyond to connect youth to the services they need when it matters most. 

This would not be possible without the RBC Race for the Kids and our community. 

This year’s RBC Race for the Kids is a chance for us to come together and take on our personal wellness challenge while supporting a cause that touches so many lives.
