Hi Everyone, 

My name is Caroline and I'm participating in the RBC Race for the Kids Toronto to support youth mental health. 

Two members of my family struggle with mental health and thankfully they have the support they need (both medically and personally). However, not everyone, especially many young are not as fortunate. 

I’m participating in the RBC Race for the Kids Toronto to support youth mental health.

By sponsoring my run, you are helping youth find the right mental health support they need, when they need it most.

I hate running and historically the only thing I've run after is ice-cream trucks, but this year I will try and run the 5k race in 24 minutes. "But 24 minutes is really hard." 

Running a 5K in 24 minutes might be hard, but living without mental health support 24 hours a day is unfathomable.
