Hello and welcome!
My name is Erik Webbe, a Business Associate interning with RBC for the summer of 2019! Im a 3rd year Human Resources Management Student attending York University with an interest in Occupational Health & Safety and wellness program implementation.
Our youth today face an overwhelmingly complex and dire situation: Creating a livelihood that they can strive in and enjoy. We also live in a fantastic time at the moment, where the opportunities for success, fulfillment and satisfaction can be created at will!
Unfortunately however, creating those experiences often is accompanied with several hardships, and with them come problems with addiction, depression, anxiety and a whole plethora of disorders that must be dealt with correctly. Thankfully, we can help provide the hand of guidance and voice of reason to aid in remedying them through the Sunnybrook Family Navigation Project!
I urge you to not only donate your money, but also your time, energy and attention into this serious matter; because if we dont begin to proactively intervene and provide education on how to successfully overcome these barriers to our youth, they will only become bigger and much more difficult to deal with during crucial moments where they are required to be mentally sound and sharp.
With this in mind, please join me in running this years RBC Race for the Kids and provide these individuals and families with a health program that will empower them to live their lives the way they were meant to!
I may not be the best runner around, but for the kids, ill run all day long!
