Our families are participating in the RBC Race for the Kids Toronto to support youth mental health.

DID YOU KNOW? As many as 1.2 million young people in Canada are struggling with mental health issues; yet only one in five will get specialized treatment. This is largely because families don’t know where to turn to find the services their children need. 

Our family was truly blessed to find The Family Navigation Project during a time of need just about a year ago now.

This volunteer group was able to provide excellent guidance and advice, continuously followed up to ensure we had found a healing path, and most recently have been an instrumental part of connecting us with the right team of experts in order to ensure long term success.
