My brothers and I will be participating in this years RBC Race For The Kids initiative which will be held on September 14 at Mel Lastman Square, Toronto.

As many as 1.2 million young Canadians struggle with mental health issues, such as anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, depression and addiction, yet only one in five receive the medical care they need.

The Family Navigation Project at SunnyBrook is working to change this. Their mission is to guide and support families who have youth struggling with mental health and addiction issues.
