2014 Starting line

Choose your distance:

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, this is the event for you. You choose the distance that works for you and we'll help you every step of the way. Best of all, you'll be helping youth with mental health issues to find the specialized care they need.

All routes start and finish at Mel Lastman Square.

Why You Should Run

As many as two million young people in Canada are struggling with a mental health issue, yet only one in five will get the specialized treatment they need. This is largely because families don't know where to turn to find the right services and it can be difficult to find the care that they need.

Over the past three years, RBC Race for the Kids Toronto has rallied over 28,000 participants and raised over $7 million benefitting youth with mental health issues through Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project.

Youth need your help. The odds are you know a young person with an anxiety disorder, a mood disorder, bipolar disorder, depression or an addiction. Any delay in care can have serious implications. By participating in RBC Race for the Kids Toronto, you're helping youth with mental health issues and their families get back on track with their lives.
